At KeepCup, we want you to love your reusable cup; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused KeepCup in its original retail box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
